Accutrak Technology

Polyshot Accutrak Technology was developed to improve product quality and enhance hot runner system performance in injection molded parts. The Accutrak design allows for quick and easy color changes. This reduces waste and downtime.

The Polyshot 3700PSA Pneumatic Sequencer is a perfect tool for operating the Single Nozzle Valve Gate. It operates on 120VAC and is simple to use. The sequencer will allow the VG pin to open and close based on time.  The timer will start upon a closed loop signal from the mold or molding machine.
