Plate Fusion Technology
Our core technology for manifold construction is Plate Fusion, which allows the joining of 2 or more manifold layers to be fused together. This process creates manifolds with perfectly round, smooth flow paths with broad sweeping internal radii. This technology completely eliminates the need to have abrupt 90 degree turns and turn plugs in a manifold system. Polyshot is the only company in the world that builds 100% of its systems in this manner.
Polyshot Facility
Polyshot’s corporate headquarters is located in a business park next to the Rochester Institute of Technology in W. Henrietta, NY. The building totals 13,000 square feet; 10,000 square feet for manufacturing and 3,000 square feet of office and engineering space.
Multi Material Hot Runner System
This system is used for a 2 shot automotive application. The materials molded are a sealer expandable resin over nylon 6/6.
128 Nozzle Hot Runner System
This system is used for a high volume customer producing a consumer product.
